L’une des conditions préalables essentielles à l’intégration de l’Ukraine à l’UE est la reconnaissance et la protection légales des couples de même sexe, conformément à l’arrêt de la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne dans l’affaire Maymulakhin et Markiv contre l’Ukraine, et au processus d’adhésion de l’Ukraine à l’UE déterminé par la Commission européenne.

Par conséquent, les principales revendications de l’action de cette année sont les suivantes :

– Supprimer le concept de « bonnes mœurs » (Ukr. dobrozvychainist) du nouveau Code civil ukrainien (projet de loi n° 15150) ;
– Inclure les droits des personnes LGBTQIA+ dans le nouveau Code civil, y compris la reconnaissance légale des partenariats entre personnes de même sexe ;
– Simplifier la procédure de reconnaissance légale du genre et adopter la CIM-11 au sein du ministère de la Santé ukrainien
– Harmoniser le Code civil avec le droit de l’UE pour soutenir le processus d’intégration européenne de l’Ukraine ;
– Reconnaître et protéger le droit des personnes LGBTQIA+ à la visibilité dans l’espace public.

L’objectif principal de cette action publique est d’attirer l’attention sur les personnes LGBTQIA+, qui font partie intégrante de la communauté de Lviv et de la société ukrainienne dans son ensemble, et qui paient des impôts, soutiennent l’armée et servent dans les rangs des Forces de défense ukrainiennes, bien qu’elles ne bénéficient toujours pas de la protection des droits humains fondamentaux.

C’est pourquoi nous sollicitons votre soutien pour LvivPride 2026, qui peut prendre les formes suivantes :

Adressez une lettre officielle au Conseil municipal de Lviv et/ou aux autres autorités compétentes, les appelant à faciliter la marche pacifique du 7 juin, dans le cadre de LvivPride 2026, en signe de solidarité, de valeurs démocratiques et de l’engagement de Lviv en faveur de l’Europe. Nous vous demandons également de garantir des conditions appropriées et la sécurité des participants. Par ailleurs, nous vous encourageons à exprimer votre préoccupation face aux actes de censure et aux interventions policières survenus lors de la manifestation pacifique du 7 mai, afin de dénoncer les violations des droits humains inscrites dans le nouveau Code civil (notamment la confiscation des effets personnels et de l’eau des participants par la police). Aujourd’hui, vous pouvez influencer les droits dont bénéficieront demain les personnes LGBTQIA+ en Ukraine. Nous vous prions d’adresser un courrier au Conseil municipal de Lviv avant le 22 mai 2026.

Ми звертаємося до Вас як представники міжнародної спільноти, що послідовно підтримує демократичний розвиток України та її зусилля на шляху до повноправного членства в Європейському Союзі.
Нам стало відомо про намір проведення у Львові 7 червня 2026 року правозахисної вуличної акції « Львів Прайд 2026 », організованої ГО « Феміністична майстерня » за підтримки ГО « Інсайт ». Метою акції є захист прав ЛГБТІК+ спільноти, обговорення викликів, пов’язаних із новим проєктом Цивільного кодексу України, та наголошення на важливості правового визнання одностатевих партнерств, зокрема для українських військовослужбовців та військовослужбовиць.
Варто підкреслити, що забезпечення прав людини, свобода слова та мирних зібрань є невід’ємними складниками критеріїв вступу до ЄС. Окрім того, забезпечення рівних прав для всіх громадян та захист вразливих груп є фундаментальними принципами, на яких базується Європейський Союз. Сприяння проведенню цієї акції стане чітким сигналом того, що Україна поділяє ці цінності та на ділі дотримується європейських стандартів демократії та недискримінації.
Враховуючи вищевикладене, ми закликаємо Львівську міську раду та Вас особисто як очільника громади :
Забезпечити належне сприяння у проведенні ходи під час мирної акції 07 червня 2026 року.
Гарантувати безпеку всіх учасниць та учасників заходу, тісно співпрацюючи з правоохоронними органами для запобігання будь-яким проявам насильства чи провокацій.
Забезпечити безперешкодну реалізацію права на свободу зібрань, що є фундаментальною ознакою вільного та демократичного суспільства.
Львів завжди був містом, яке задає стандарти відкритості та культурного діалогу. У цей складний час для України єдність суспільства та захист прав усіх громадян, незалежно від їхньої сексуальної орієнтації чи гендерної ідентичності, є критично важливими для стабільності та міжнародного іміджу країни.

We are writing to you as representatives of the international community who consistently support the democratic development of Ukraine and its ongoing efforts toward full membership in the European Union.
We have been informed of the upcoming human rights public action, "Lviv Pride 2026," scheduled to take place in Lviv on June 7, 2026. This event is organized by the NGO "Feminist Workshop" in support of the NGO "Insight." The action aims to advocate for the rights of the LGBTQIA+ community, address the challenges posed by the draft of the new Civil Code of Ukraine, and emphasize the necessity of legal recognition for same-sex partnerships—a matter of profound significance, particularly for Ukrainian servicemen and women.
It is essential to underscore that the protection of human rights, freedom of expression, and the right to peaceful assembly are indispensable components of the criteria for EU accession. Furthermore, ensuring equal rights for all citizens and protecting vulnerable groups are fundamental principles upon which the European Union is built. Facilitating the successful conduct of this action will serve as a clear signal that Ukraine shares these core values and is actively upholding European standards of democracy and non-discrimination.
In light of the above, we call upon the Lviv City Council and you personally, as the leader of the community, to :
Provide proper assistance in holding the march during the peaceful action on June 7, 2026 ;
Guarantee the safety and security of all participants by coordinating closely with law enforcement agencies to prevent any manifestations of violence or provocation ;
Ensure the unhindered exercise of the right to freedom of assembly, which remains a cornerstone of a free and democratic society.
Lviv has long been a city that sets the standard for openness and cultural dialogue. In these challenging times for Ukraine, social cohesion and the protection of the rights of all citizens—regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity—are vital for the country’s stability and international standing.
